Second version of the green theme/skin. Now with complately new icons

Install by following:
1. Copy the "theme82.chm" and the folder "default82" into the root folder of your TransFlash card
2. Establish Telnet connection and type:
# cp /mmc/mmca1/theme82.chm /ezx_user/download/appwrite/setup/theme/
# mkdir /ezxlocal/download/appwrite/skin
NOTE: do this mkdir only if you never done it before
# mkdir /ezxlocal/download/appwrite/skin/default82
# cp /mmc/mmca1/default82/* /ezxlocal/download/appwrite/skin/default82
3. Restart your Moto E2 and try it
